Training Service:

>> Beside an experienced team is usually trained about teaching skill, we also cooperate Vietnamese leading professors in library and information area.

Number of supporting team: 10 people

Duration of warranty: 12 months from the approval of the system.

Content of warranty: Fix bugs of CMC’s software, excluding bugs of others programs, system software, operating system, operations, data and hardware

Methods of warranty: After receiving official requirements of libraries, the supporting team has the responsibility of checking bugs and giving solutions to them no later than 24 hours (3 working days). In case CMC’s software has serious bugs interrupting the whole system, CMC will give temporary solutions to overcome problems.

Type of warranty or support: customer can choose one or more services, include: onsite, email, phone, remote control, fax, post-mail.
