Mr. Hoang Ngoc Hung, CEO

Mr. Hung occupied important positions in some major Vietnamese IT companies before joining CMCSoft as CEO in 2007. Having graduated in Hungary in the field of electronics, he worked in different projects for Vietnam’s Institute of Micro-electronics, Bull France, Conware Germany and Vietnam’s Institute of Information Technology. From 1995, he was CTO, then vice president of Thiennam Group cum CEO of Thiennam IT company. He was a founder and assumed the role of Chairman & CEO of VietKhanh Computer – Telecom – Services Limited Company from 2002 to 2006.

One of his objectives within CMCSoft is to develop and speed up the company’s outsourcing services. He is also determined that CMCSoft should maintain its top-ranking position in the Vietnamese Software Industry.

Mr. Nguyen Kim Cuong, Vice President

Mr. Cuong has been with CMCSoft from the beginning. After receiving his doctorate in Automatic Control and Computer Engineering from the former USSR in 1995, he also got his MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) and Certification by attending a software engineering course at VCIT.

Along with the international IT expansion, Mr. Cuong expressed his talent in Computing and Software and was soon promoted to high positions. As a result, when CMCSoft was officially established, Mr. Cuong became a BOD member cum Vice President in order to devote his wide ranging knowledge to the firm development of the company.

Mr. Phi Anh Tuan, Vice President

Before being attached to CMCSoft in 2007, Mr. Tuan had undertaken many important roles such as the vice-manager of a computer center, Power company no. 3, under EVN, or the business representative and project manager of Digital Equipment Cooperation (USA). Moreover, specialising in software, he founded the AZ Software Solution Corporation at the end of 1998.

Now, having taken up the position of CMCSoft Vice President, HCM and Danang branch, Mr. Tuan directly manages the build up of the branch, develops outsourcing services, and provides customers with the best software solutions. As an active and talented person, he also holds the office of Vice President of HCM Computer Association, is a Committee member of the HCM Software Association and Director of Microsoft Live Club Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang, Vice President

After postgraduating from Cryonlab, under Hanoi National University, in 1992, Mr. Hoang immediately became the director of the System Group, part of the International Training Institute for Materials Science (ITIMS) from 1992 to 1999. However, due to his interest in business, he decided to change professions, and became business director of CMCSoft in 2000.

In the working process, Mr. Hoang proves his capability, not only in dealing with business, but also by encouraging employees to work both industriously and comfortably. He is the Vice President responsible for business development. At present, CMCSoft is increasingly expanding the business operations, and Mr. Hoang is determined to pursue CMCSoft’s development.

Mr. Phan Van Hoa, Vice President
Mr. Phan studied Computers and Networks in Ukraine from 1989 to 1995. Back in Vietnam, he soon started working in outsourcing. In 2000, he founded and managed MULTI-TECH, an ICT company specialising in outsourcing services. He also occupied the position of Technology Management Director within FPT Software from 2005 to 2007. On the road to globalisation, CMCSoft appreciates the talent and experience of people like him. Mr. Phan now assumes the role of vice president in charge of capability and technology development of outsourcing department.
