BPO is the transferring a part of repeated work of an organization into the outside provider with a view to reducing cost and improving service quality. At the present, preparing for future BPO projects, CMCSoft has 14,000 km2 land for BPO/KPO in Saidong Industrial Zone and 3,000 m2 for 21 storey building. It is planned to be completed in 2009.
